Dispatch Times
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Cold-Chain Handling
To ensure the absolute integrity and stability of our high-purity research peptides, select products may be shipped using cold-chain logistics (insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs) depending on the stability profile of the specific compound and the destination climate. Lyophilized peptides are generally stable at ambient temperatures during transit, but we err on the side of caution for bulk or highly sensitive orders.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options take 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
International Shipping
EE Sphere Center ships to select international laboratories. International transit times vary greatly by destination (typically 7-14 business days).Customs and Import Duties: The buyer is strictly responsible for knowing the import laws of their respective country. We are not liable for packages seized by customs, and we do not cover any import taxes or duties.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We require photographic evidence of any damaged vials prior to reconstitution. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if deemed appropriate.
